Mizzen Capital Completes Financing for a HVAC and Roofing Service Platform Mizzen, a private credit platform, announced a $12.5 million term loan to a business services platform with operating segments across commercial HVAC and roofing services in the Southeastern United States (“the Company”). ? The Company’s roofing segment provides rapid response and repair and maintenance services for multi-site national restaurant and retails brands and industrial/commercial industries. The Company’s HVAC segment specializes in new installation, replacement and general maintenance service for commercial customers and residential communities. ? We had been working with a bank but Mizzen’s ability to execute efficiently prompted us to refinance the bank and work solely with Mizzen during our rapid growth phase.” said the CEO of the Company. ?
