With 15 years of experience in venture building, she has collaborated with the UN, the White House, and the Rockefeller Foundation at Deloitte. Bar has led venture accelerator programs across Israel, the U.S., and globally, and she co-founded GetRid, an MIT-based startup and Delta V & Fuse alum. ?? David Burt, CFA, is the Founder & CEO of DeltaTerra Capital, bringing over 20 years of expertise in real estate and structured finance investments. He previously worked as a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Wellington Management and was the founder of AlderTree Capital, a 2006 startup that anticipated the mortgage credit bubble. With a BS in Mathematics from MIT and a deep commitment to climate risk mitigation, David also serves as a trustee at the Boston Children's Museum and is working to establish a foundation focused on climate stability for future generations. ?? Ben McNeil has dedicated his career to disaster resilience and risk management in the public sector. As part of Swiss Re's Public Sector Solutions team, he helps municipalities across North America develop and manage their risk transfer strategies. Previously, Ben worked for the City of Boston for nine years, most recently as Risk Finance Manager. He holds an MBA from Boston University and an MS in Disaster Resilience from Tulane University. Additionally, he serves as a Petty Officer Second Class in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserves. ?? Pablo A. Ruiz is the Co-founder and CEO of NewGrid, a grid optimization company leveraging topology optimization software to improve congestion management for utilities and market participants. He also works as a Senior Consultant at The Brattle Group and an Associate Research Professor at Boston University. With a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UIUC, Pablo has led groundbreaking ARPA-E projects that revolutionize transmission grid control. ??
