Position Overview: As a CADD Operator IV, you will play a critical role in generating and coordinating drawing packages, utilizing your expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Word, Excel, and rendering software like Lumion and Enscape. You'll work on diverse projects from schematic design through construction documents, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: ? Generate and coordinate drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD. ? Utilize Bluebeam, Word, and Excel for project documentation and communication. ? Create visualizations using rendering software such as Lumion and Enscape. Develop technical details and coordinate specifications for construction projects. ? Manage time, schedules, quality control, and budgets. ? Perform construction observation and administration. ? Use construction software tools like Procore, E-Builder, and AutoCAD Builder. ? Navigate the Department of Planning and Permitting e-plans process for building permits. Qualifications: ? Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. ? Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Word, Excel, and rendering software. ? Excellent technical knowledge in construction and architectural drawing standards. ?
