The cost of car maintenance and repairs revved up 28% over the past three years, according to The Wall Street Journal and reporter Joe Pinsker's recent article "How Much Could This Car Repair Possibly Cost?" Mitchell contributed to the article by providing data on the rising costs of collision repairs. Our insights shed light on the significant impact of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) on repair costs for what were once considered minor fender benders. Complex technologies, while enhancing safety, can also complicate repairs and drive up costs.
