The MIT Product & Tech Conference 2025 concluded with 300+ participants from across the country coming together for a day of impactful discussions, innovation, and meaningful connections. This event was made possible thanks to the generous support of our sponsors — Google, Capital One, CLIPr, Mira, and MIT Sloan School of Management SLO. Their partnership enabled us to create a dynamic platform for thought leadership and collaboration. 2025's MIT <> Google Product Management Hackathon (MIT Product & Tech Conference) is in the books! The prompt? ? How can AI be used to help democratize education? Broad, ambiguous, but also...ambitious. We received entries taking this question into all sorts of places. ?? Pairing YouTube videos with interactive quizzes to confirm information retention. ?? Helping IVF patients navigate info to maximize their chance of success. ??? Leveraging AI to auto-grade "exit tickets" so teachers can quickly understand how effective their lesson was and how well the information stuck. The list goes on. In past years, the hackathon outputs were typically Figma mocks. This year? Every submission came with a QR code linking to their actual app. AI enabled these teams to turn their ideas into something TANGIBLE. (And some even used Firebase, so...bonus!) It was incredible. Congrats to the teams, and congrats to the next generation of product managers. AI is changing the game (we all know this), and PMs who can effectively wield it can dramatically uplevel their abilities and impact. This group helped show me what’s possible. Thanks MIT Organizers!
