‘Facturing Friday! Often the best improvements are a combination of many small improvements. Joe Bullinger of Missouri Enterprise led a workshop this week on Managing For Daily Improvement. After a trial run timed, Joe stated the time would be reduced to some speculation. He then introduced elements to reduce it in small steps to show the possibility and the groups drastically reduced their process time on the task. Often the biggest challenges can be overcome with small steps. And with that greater employee engagement and company success.
