Students in STEM: Since 2009, the TERA program has empowered about 200 high school students from the St. Louis area with hands-on research experience. With support from Tyson Center's dedicated team, students learn the ropes of scientific research while contributing to meaningful studies like mosquito evolution and disease transmission. This program bridges the gap for students eager to explore environmental science careers and encourages them to navigate the challenges of research.
