Congratulations to Assistant Attorneys General Mathew Kincade and Ayana Shiggs on their first arguments before the Missouri Supreme Court. Both attorneys did an outstanding job advocating on behalf of the state of Missouri in James Eckardt v. Treasurer of Missouri and Treasurer of the State of Missouri v. Diana Penney—both cases addressing important issues before the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission regarding qualification for permanent total disability benefits. Their preparation, skill, and advocacy were truly impressive. Well done AAGs!

Missouri Attorney General and Mizzou Law alumnus Andrew Bailey, '13, spoke with students today about the AG practicum that his office offers Mizzou Law students as a for-credit learning experience. AG Bailey also spoke and answered questions about careers in the AG office.
