Local elementary students from Stringer Attendance Center gave nearly 80 handwritten letters and coloring pages for Mississippi Power line workers in appreciation of their hard work and dedication following this year’s storms. We appreciate the communities we serve!?

Mississippi Power employee volunteers made the Mississippi Children’s Museum in Meridian merry and bright as they prepare for the holiday season.

Today as we honored the Mississippi Power employees who have served our country, Utility Arborist Tim Ratcliff presented a flag to our company that he carried throughout his deployment last year. We are proud to celebrate and honor America’s heroes today and every day.

Thank you, Harrison County, for bringing it to Bring It! Mississippi Power volunteers and community partners helped more than 760 families properly dispose of household hazardous waste today to keep harmful products out of our local waterways and environment.

It was a powerful week of environmental conservation with the Save Our Shells program. Mississippi Power employee volunteers proudly partnered with The Nature Conservancy and the Beau Rivage to benefit the future of the Mississippi Sound!

Mississippi Power is proud to be a part of teaching the next generation of lineworkers! Students from MGCCC’s Harrison County and George County Lineworker programs came together to show their skills and compete in the 2024 Lineworker Rodeo. Congratulations to the George County team for taking home the win and the golden hard hat!
