Legislative Update #6: Legislative Session Reaches Halfway Point The deadline for appropriations and revenue bills to pass out of their chamber of origin was Wednesday. The next deadline for general bills to move out of committee in the opposite chamber is tomorrow. Also, several senators face re-election after redistricting maps are finalized.

MMA Legislative Update #5: Senate Unveils Tax Plan Last week, the Senate revealed details of its tax plan, which is a much more cautious and less complicated approach than the House's plan. Also, we update some bills of interest, including House Bill 1634, House Bill 150 and Senate Bill 2256, and House Bill 1556.
