We had a great time attending BristleCon last week, hosted by Sofar Ocean! We enjoyed seeing how the technology and community has grown over the past year, listening to the various talks, networking with like-minded ocean experts, and learning how Bristlemouth is already being used in the wild, saving companies time and money. We are excited to continue contributing over the next year and see how this open standard progresses!

We’re providing underwater surveys to #Finland through our new observation-class Remotely Operated Vehicle service. Finnish authorities are using the service to inspect historical shipwrecks in the framework of our Multipurpose Maritime Operation (MMO) in the Baltic Sea region. The MMO takes place until 31 August, in cooperation with the Finnish, Latvian and Estonian coast guard authorities, and supported by our sister EU Agencies European Fisheries Control Agency - EFCA and Frontex The MMO supports a wide range of tasks, including maritime safety, search and rescue, border control, fisheries control, maritime surveillance, and environmental protection and response across the Estonian, Finnish, and Latvian maritime jurisdiction areas.
