The Mission Control team had a successful week at the Indiana Society of Association Executives ICON this week in Bloomington. Stuart Kushner, CAE and Cory Martin, MPA, CAE teamed up to deliver a session on obtaining your CAE, Evan A. Petty, MPA took the main stage for a young professionals panel discussion, and Courtney Sears participated in group discussions throughout the week. Thanks to all the sponsors who helped support this wonderful event!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with ProTeam Tactical for a few years now in their pursuit of assisting our public safety clients get back to the line of duty from injuries. We now have the honor of helping them grow their community foundation to advance research and funding to public safety agencies across the United States. Welcome Aboard!

We are pleased to welcome the National Workplace Violence Safety Alliance as a new client. As the national leader in workplace violence prevention, our team will help support a global brand strategy and benefits roll-out to over 30,000 existing members worldwide.

We are pleased to announce that Catalina Gallegos has been promoted to Associate Executive Director. Catalina’s leadership, creativity, and work ethic over the last two years has made her a tremendous asset to Mission Control and our clients. We are lucky to have her as part to the Mission Control team and excited to watch her career continue to grow!

This past weekend, our team hosted the US Export Report at the Indiana Global Economic Summit in downtown Indianapolis. We partnered with Elizabeth Rowland of the US China Business Council to present to attendees from all over the world.

This week, we hosted a delegation from Indonesia for one of our newest clients, ACSI. Cory and Catalina joined Naomi Kwang (Barnes and Thornburg) as we discussed international trade challenges and opportunities, association programming partnerships, and Indiana must-see attraction’s with the six representatives from Indonesia. We learned a great deal about Indonesia’s agricultural, defense manufacturing, and emerging technology sector.

Mission Control’s Stuart Kushner, CAE led the Indiana Society of Anesthesiologists on their Washington DC Legislative Fly-In this week. ISA leadership met with various members of congress including Rep. Larry Bucshon, Sen. Mike Braun, Rep. Jim Banks, Rep. Jim Baird, and Sen. Todd Young. Key issues facing Indiana’s Anesthesiologist’s were discussed and ISA leadership was pleased with the efforts of Stu and our lobby partner, Michael Brady from Bose Public Affairs.
