CHAPTER INFORMATION Name of the University/Chapter LETTER OF INTENT (1 PAGE) ?Submit a one-page letter of intent that highlights: - Why you want to establish a Mission:BRAIN chapter. - How your chapter aligns with the Foundation’s mission and objectives. - Your chapter's commitment to the Foundation's values and vision. FOUNDING MEMBERS - ?Provide a list of founding members, including at least four individuals to fill the following positions: - President - ?Vice President - ?Secretary - T?reasurer ? ? For each member, include: - ?Name - ?CV/Resume - ?Contact information (email) *Please avoid using institutional email addresses, as they sometimes block external communications. Emergency Relief for Bahía Blanca, Argentina ???? On March 7th, the city of Bahía Blanca, home to over 300,000 inhabitants, suffered a devastating flood that impacted thousands of people. The disaster resulted in loss of life, missing persons, and severe damage to homes and vehicles — even hospitals were affected. Hospital Penna, one of the main healthcare centers in the area, was heavily impacted. Newborns had to be urgently evacuated, and even the ambulances used for transfers sustained damage. We are collecting funds through Mission: Brain to support the urgent response and provide immediate relief to those affected in Argentina. ?? Your help can make a difference.
