Awarding 3 grants in October is something Mission Meow is very proud to share. Over $18,000 was given to 3 very special organizations. Animal Outreach Of Shelby County Indiana received $7164 for Trap/Neuter/Return and foster program supplies that will allow them to expand their efforts to a surrounding county. ????Do Not Miss This???? ????HAPPY TEARS WARNING???? Back on July 5th we started sharing the story of Marshmallow. This beautiful boy was beaten and left for dead in a parking lot. The police contacted For The Love Of A Paw @fortheloveofapaw who immediately took Marshmallow and started veterinary care. His medical recovery took just a few months, but the emotional recovery took longer. He remained at For The Love Of A Paw (FLOAP),in Elloree SC, as they gave him the love & patience he needed to make a complete recovery. But months turned into 3 years and Marshmallow was still waiting for his forever home. When Mission Meow gave a grant to FLOAP this past July we found out about Marshmallow’s story we decided to step in and help. Our volunteer Megan made a heartwarming video and in just 10 days Marshmallow was adopted. His new mom in Virginia patiently waited until transport was possible and the rest is history. Everyone at FLOAP and Mission Meow have been getting updates as this sweet shy boy settled into his forever home. From hunkered in his carrier to joyfully playing with toys Marshmallow has transformed!! Thank you to For The Love Of A Paw for making this day possible. Thank you to Mission Meow Volunteer, Megan, for the videos. And THANK YOU Caroline for giving Marshmallow the loving forever home he truly deserves. And of course thank you Lugnut for being a good brother. A beautiful ending to his journey. We love you Marshmallow!!!?????? #missionmeow #fortheloveofapaw #marshmallowishome #everycatdeservestobeloved #thejourneyhome #foreverhome #allyouneedislove #catsoginstagram #catstagram #rescuecats

What an AMEOWZING day!!! Mission Meow presented the July grant check for $14,500 o 8/17 to For The Love Of A Paw in Elloree S.C. @fortheloveofapaw A huge shout out to Jane, Becky and all of the incredible people who are taking care of approximately 200 cats at their facility. This ALL VOLUNTEER organization deserves our support and so much more. This grant plus the flooring ($5000) being donated will allow them to have a much needed clinic. .For The Love Of A Paw is going to remain very special to me and I plan on helping them whenever I can. Every single person I met there was so kind, generous and grateful. Taking care of this many cats is hard work and they are so dedicated to their health and well being. It’s truly inspiring. We have so much more to share so stay tuned for videos, photos and yes Marshmallow updates! Thank you to my awesome friend Danielle who put me up 2 nights, drove to Elloree with me and even brought a professional photographer, good friend Lacey. Just wow, I love you lady. And thank you to Mission Meow volunteer and business partner Lora Lee @moonmojofeline for driving over 4 hours to join us for this very special day. I’m so grateful for your love & support. It takes teamwork to make dreams come true! And what a team we have. And finally to our business partners and donors, THANK YOU. None of this is possible without you. Now it’s time to get ready for our 2 year anniversary. More amazing things to come. #missionmeow #connectingforgood #fortheloveofapaw #teamworkmakesthedreamwork #meaningfulchange #nonprofitorganization #nonprofitsofinstagram #nonprofitshelpingnonprofits #connectingbusinessestononprofits #welovecats #catsofinstagram #smallnonprofitbigimpact #makingdreamscometrue #donatetoday
