With Thanksgiving around the corner, it's the perfect time to highlight our partnership with Michigan Brand Inc, a Michigan-based leader in jerky and meat production with plants in Bay City and Frankenmuth. As families prepare to gather around the table for the upcoming holidays, it's important for companies like Michigan Brand to be running at peak efficiency to meet high demands. However, no off-the-shelf system could fulfill their unique need to accurately identify, measure, and place raw meat pieces onto trays. That’s where we came in! We partnered with Michigan Brand to create a custom vision system that can precisely identify, skeletonize, measure, and pick meat pieces from a moving conveyor with exceptional accuracy. Together with SpinDance, a Mutually Human company, our team engineered a solution that seamlessly integrates vision and automation—boosting reliability and efficiency for Michigan Brand's operations. Our team had a blast at the 2024 Grand Rapids Griffins School Day Game! ?? Watching the students light up after seeing our FANUC America Corporation CRX collaborative robot in action was such an incredible experience. Their curiosity and excitement as they learned about robotics and automation was a highlight for our team members.
