If you know me at all you know I love lots of things, and at the top of that list: speaking and 911 industry. This week I was able to combine the two in my VERY FIRST PUBLIC SPEAKING ENGAGEMENT at a conference, in Missouri, to a classroom of people wanting to learn all about what Mission Critical Partners is doing to help the 911 community save time, and ultimately save lives, by utilizing ASAP! This job amazes me, challenges me, and humbles me! Thank you so much to everyone at the Missouri Public Safety Conference! Photo credit: John R Cagle (Rich)

???????????????? ?????? ???????????? ???? 911 ?????????????????????????? We are proud to have guided Wisconsin’s first county-to-county 911 center consolidation in Ashland and Bayfield counties—a move that strengthens emergency response, improves interoperability, and maximizes resources. With 911 centers nationwide facing staffing shortages, outdated technology, and funding limitations, consolidation offers a path forward. By pooling their resources, these two counties can now: ? Reduce emergency call transfers ? Improve situational awareness and mutual-aid response ? Expand emergency medical dispatch (EMD) services ? Strengthen staffing and streamline operations From conducting a feasibility study to securing grant funding and developing intergovernmental agreements, MCP worked closely with local officials to turn vision into reality—and the new consolidated center is already making an impact. Kudos to Ashland and Bayfield counties for their forward-thinking approach, and to our MCP team for their expertise in guiding this critical transition. ?? https://bit.ly/4irpZvL #911Consolidation #EmergencyResponse #PublicSafety #MissionCritical

Excited to be at NENA: The 9-1-1 Association #NENAGTW this week! This conference is always a highlight, offering the chance to reconnect with friends and colleagues while tackling critical issues in 911 policy. With NG911 funding and telecommunicator reclassification at the forefront of NENA’s legislative agenda, I’m eager to see how we can collectively advocate for these vital advancements. Beyond these priorities, I believe it’s essential to focus on strengthening state 911 programs while addressing emerging challenges like cybersecurity, AI integration, and cutting-edge technologies. These innovations hold immense potential to transform emergency response and public safety. Looking forward to engaging discussions and actionable solutions as we shape the future of 911 services together! #PublicSafety #NG911 Mission Critical Partners

It's estimated that 911 centers field around 240 million emergency calls each year, and between 10-20% of those calls are transmitted manually. That's why ASAP service is delivered digitally from an #alarmmonitoring center directly into an agency's CAD solution to save valuable time. Learn more: ASAP https://hubs.la/Q037BDgX0
