Rebekah Lotito demonstrated an early passion for the service industry. Over the course of her career, she worked at several national restaurant companies. She honed her skills, which instilled in her a strong Warrior Work ethic and a commitment to making a positive impact. Shortly after Rebekah joined Our Team as an hourly teammate four years ago, she quickly realized that she wanted to be more involved and was promoted to Community Ambassador, where she really thrived. As time went on, her career continued to grow with promotions to Assistant Kitchen Servant's Heart Leader, Kitchen Servant's Heart Leader, and Pitmaster, earning her the call sign "Tito."Tito is a respected figure, admired for her leadership and expertise. She has carved a niche for herself through dedication, coaching and teaching, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. We are proud to have Rebekah "Tito" Lotito on Our Team. Beth joined Our Team over two years ago after a successful career as a Certified Dietary Manager.?She is a natural fit for?Our Community Ambassador role and loves every opportunity to thank Our Heroes. From bringing food to exhausted firefighters working a scene and to listening to Our Veterans' Stories of Service in our restaurants. It truly warms her heart! Beth is a proud mother of two children. Her beloved son, CPL Thomas Jardas, was killed in a Marine Corps helicopter crash in 2016, changing her life forever.?She chose?to Honor Tommy’s life through Serving Veterans and Gold Star Families,?and?started a new Gold Star Mothers SWFL Chapter. As?Beth's?daughter watches over her brother at Arlington National Cemetery,?Beth's?“Why” and purpose are fulfilled at?MISSION?BBQ each day, standing next to Tommy’s picture at the Gold Star Wall, during?Our?National Anthem.?"It's a freedom we have through their sacrifice. When Jones “Jonesy” Stanley went to Vietnam as a US Navy pilot, he decided to take along a Super 8 movie camera because he thought there was a good chance he wouldn’t return home. “I was hoping I might film what I did and how everything happened and everything that occurred and what I was doing so it would be a story to tell to my family,” Jonesy said. Genna started her MISSION BBQ journey two years ago. She is one of Our Teammate Ambassadors in the Great Lakes Region and is a Designated Trainer to other Teammate Ambassadors. She works closely with all of Our Teammates in Our Restaurant which allows her to be a part of the biggest days of their life. This quickly became her Why. Driven by her passion for Making a Difference, her greatest joy comes from knowing that Our Teammates trust her and feel comfortable turning to her for support.
