En me baladant sur Product Hunt, j'ai découvert MirWork, une startup californienne qui dépoussière la préparation aux entretiens d'embauche. Leur concept ? Permettre aux candidats de s'entra?ner pour un futur entretien ou aux recruteurs de faire passer des entretiens présélectifs à tous les candidats. Le produit est très simple, vous installez le plug-in sur votre navigateur, vous sélectionnez une offre d'emploi qui vous intéresse, vous cliquez sur "Quick Mock"... L'entretien commence sur une interface très familière (copycat de Google Meet), une IA vous pose des questions adaptées à l'annonce, vous répondez à l’oral, à la fin de l'entretien vous obtenez une note et des points d'amélioration. Certes, ?a ne réinvente pas la roue mais c'est plut?t malin et pertinent. A suivre donc.
