"I reached out to Miriam Racquel shortly after I had just gotten married as my marriage was not turning out to be the fairytale I had always dreamed it to be. Within just a few sessions I began feeling so empowered to make positive, lasting changes in my marriage that I had control over, and the wisdom I have accessed through Miriam Racquel’s help has truly transformed my marriage into the playful, passionate one that I have always desired. I love the mind-body healing work that Miriam Racquel infuses into her sessions. These practices have allowed me to release my emotions in a powerful way and give me a great sense of relief, validation, and confidence to help me move forward with love." -N.C.G., Atlanta, Georgia "I am floored every time I enter a session feeling tied up in knots, and come out the other side with clarity and calm. It often becomes clear that the reason I was stuck in my decision-making process was an underlying issue that only became apparent through the work I was doing with Miriam Racquel. She is gifted at helping women get in touch with their own wisdom. I wish every woman could have such a coach, and feel blessed to call her mine!" - Sharon, Chicago, Illinois "I went through a time in my life when I needed to make a critical decision. I kept going back and forth in my mind about what to do. I had lots of logical reasons to make the decision, but until I worked with Miriam I wasn't in tune with what my body and emotions were telling me. When I tapped into that and got clear, the decision was easy. Instead of feeling stuck and indecisive, I took action! I felt such peace and relief! -J.H. I grew up being labeled sensitive and that was not being used as a compliment. I’m so grateful to have found somatic healing and use it to process and integrate the wisdom of the many emotions that arise daily for me in this ever changing world. I’m also grateful to help so many awesome women do the same through my book, "Somatic Healing for the Modest Goddess" and through my somatic services :) “What an Amazing book!!! This book is a must for every home!! Miriam Racquel really gets it! And she gives practical and informative exercises relevant to every woman. I truly recommend this book!! “— S. Freedom is ... believing in miracles— divine wonders beyond the "natural order of affairs." The wording of the Jewish month of Nissan is connected to the word miracles. The Passover story of the Jewish people's Exodus from Egypt, Mitzrayim, was empowered by G-d's miraculous hand. The word "mitzrayim" also has the spiritual meaning of "limitations." The Lubavitcher Rebbe relates a lesson about this for all of us today. Each time that we go out of our own state of limitations and tap into our soul's infinite power to touch the divine and traverse difficulties, we are doing miracles. The Rebbe says that the generation of today are the reincarnated souls of the generation of the time of the Exodus. Through our infinite potential of choosing divine actions—those of kindness and charity—we can switch darkness into light forevermore. Amen! 20th day of the Jewish month of Nissan - the month of Freedom For those celebrating the last days of Passover - be blessed and safe.

In general, we all have thoughts about not being good enough or doing enough. These are part of human existence. However, if you are plagued often by these thoughts, then there is probably a childhood wound asking for healing. Somatic Healing is great for this! “Miriam Racquel has helped me tremendously release childhood trauma using her skills with Somatic Healing.” — G.T. “There is hope! Miriam has shown me that it’s possible to release trauma, even if it’s been there for a very long time. The antidote to trauma/triggers is found in listening to your body. No matter how difficult, Miriam is one of those women who can hold your story, and guide you to a new beautiful "what if?” If you allow it, the solutions will surprise and delight you” - Chana, Baltimore READ SOMATIC HEALING TIPS IN COMMENTS BELOW: Childhood Wounds

Freedom is ... to continue the golden chain of my Jewish lineage. I was named after Miriam Kolber, the girl on the right. She was my grandmother’s sister who was killed by the Nazis along with her mother and father and other relatives. As it says in the Passover Haggadah that we read each year: "In every generation, they arise against us to destroy us, and the Holy One, blessed be He, saves us from their hands." Yup, there needs to be something much greater than us who protects us because the enemies are formidable. We also need to do our part and connect to our Shepherd through Torah and mitzvot, as much as we can do. Though this is in our sources, I didn't understand this conclusion until I went on my intriguing journey to more Jewish observance (shared in my memoir, "God Said What?! #MyOrthodoxLife"). May we never forget who we are and where we come from. May our lives be a blessing to those who have lost their lives before us and may we give testimony to “Am Yisroel Chai.” The nation of Israel lives. 19th day of the Jewish month of Nissan - the month of Freedom #myorthodoxlife #passover2025

I heard such beautiful news about my memoir, “God Said What?! MyOrthodoxLife”! I have a wonderful cleaning lady who has been with my family for years. She also helps a woman at a nursing home and mentioned that I’m an author plus mentioned my book. The woman purchased it and loved it! She would like me to sign it as well as get some of the wonderful Passover meatballs we make. My cleaning lady also told me that a nonJewish friend of hers who works for the FBI heard about “God Said What?!” , read it and loved its unifying message. “God Said What?!” is a fun book to read over the holiday and also makes a great Passover gift. It’s not heavy or dark like many Jewish books, but humorous, light-hearted, and meaningful — an intriguing journey that readers are invited to come along. SEE COMMENTS BELOW! Blessings for a healthy, safe, and blessed Passover!
