We honor Jerry McDonald, a recovery champion who passed away on December 29, 2024. For 35 years, Jerry transformed lives through his endless work . We were proud to honor him for Lifetime Achievement in 2016. As our Program Director Rhonda Evans shared: “Jerry, you taught me that love is the most basic human need—and that’s what you gave to everyone around you.” “Jerry McDonald was an extraordinary man and an amazing bright light who led by example and encouraged everyone to reach their highest potential. He was one of my great mentors, teaching me and countless others how to embody a golden standard.
