Meet Oksana Krutybich: A Story of Growth and Success at Miratech ?? Oksana’s story at Miratech began shortly after she returned from completing her master's degree in London, when she joined the company as a Partner Manager in 2014. Drawn to Miratech for its global reach and a role that promised travel and relationship-building, she has since made an incredible impact, taking on multiple roles and consistently injecting new ideas and energy into the company. From her early days in Kyiv (where she admired Miratech’s logo displayed prominently on the office building ??), Oksana quickly found herself representing the company on the global stage. As she reflects, "Miratech gave me a huge boost in excelling at what I loved most—nurturing relationships with our counterparts across Europe and the U.S." Oksana’s passion, resilience, and dedication shone through in her work, and she progressed from Partner Manager to Director of Partnerships, where she and the Telemarketing team built a strong network of over 100 global sales partners. As Mirarech onboarded our new Chief Revenue Officer, Matthew Ainsworth, she got an opportunity to transition into sales — a field she had long admired. Thanks to the mentorship and support from other leaders at Miratech, she now plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth for Miratech while delivering exceptional results for clients. As one of her exciting side projects, Oksana remembers organizing Miratech’s partner and client event, M-Force. It gave her the chance to spend time working in New York and take on the challenge of creating unique event partnerships with global brands like SAP and Barclays. ?? Reflecting on her journey with Miratech, Oksana shares, "It feels like family here, and I get the support and mentorship that I need from my FLM and our leadership. Yesterday, Miratech’s Director of Innovation, Erik Delorey, joined industry leaders at the GTACC tech panel to explore the evolving relationship between human intelligence (HI) and artificial intelligence (AI). The discussion provided valuable guidance for contact centers looking to successfully blend human empathy with the power of AI-led insights and efficiency.? Here’s some of the key takeaways: ?? When to Lean on AI or HI? Panelists discussed the scenarios where AI excels (data-heavy, routine tasks) and where HI is irreplaceable, especially during complex, emotionally-charged interactions. The ideal solution? Finding a balance, using AI for initial triage and routing, while human agents handle nuanced or sensitive cases. ?? Laying the Groundwork for AI Adoption? Erik emphasized the importance of doing the groundwork before AI is integrated and deployed, from defining metrics to training teams on basic NLP and troubleshooting. Preparing the tech stack and ensuring a robust knowledge base were highlighted as crucial steps to smooth the implementation of AI. ?? Mapping AI to Business Goals? Using the right AI engines for specific business objectives can be complex. Erik outlined the need for identifying critical features, establishing benchmarks, and setting clear customization and logging standards to meet regulatory and operational requirements. ?? Mitigating AI Risks? With only 10% of GenAI projects fully deployed, the panel stressed the importance of sound data governance and quality control mechanisms to avoid setbacks.
