This transformed space now features a beautiful worship area, brand-new preschool and elementary classrooms, and an engaging student activities room. We are so excited to celebrate the grand opening of Fizz District, Louisville’s newest soda shop in the heart of Crescent Hill! Designed & Built by Miranda Construction, Fizz District offers a variety of handcrafted sodas and refreshing mocktails, Fizz District's grand opening is just in time for some warmer spring weather, this vibrant new soda shop is the perfect place to sip, relax, and enjoy. To celebrate the grand opening, Fizz District will be offering 100 free sodas Friday and Saturday (with app download) of its opening weekend along with buy one, get one free drinks all day, every day. This Valentine's Day, we teamed up with?Carriage House?to build something special with the kids! These young builders are putting their hearts into every detail,?so don’t miss this fun-filled episode of?Built By Kids—where creativity and construction come together!

Earlier this morning alongside Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg, K Norman Berry Associates Architects, Kerr-Greulich Engineers, Inc. and many others, we celebrated the official groundbreaking ceremony for the Riverside Farnsley-Moremen Landing Visitor’s Center renovation. This nearly $2.5 million investment will double the size of the current visitor center’s multipurpose room to hold close to 250 people. “Located along the Ohio River in Southwest Louisville, Riverside, The Farnsley-Moremen Landing is an incredible destination that offers engaging opportunities for visitors to learn about Louisville’s history while taking in the beautiful scenery,” Mayor Craig Greenberg said. “This project will foster a new sense of community at Riverside that allows us to continue to invest in and grow our parks system.” Riverside’s board members and other associates worked to raise nearly one million dollars for the expansion, while Mayor Greenberg and his administration allocated roughly $1.5 million to come from the city’s general fund.
