Key themes this afternoon at the The Australian Centre for Accelerating Diabetes Innovations (ACADI) Partnering Summit 2024 in #Melbourne on #WorldDiabetesDay were #collaboration and #thefuture. ?????????? ‘The Power of Collaboration’ panel session provided insight on driving #innovation and #improving #patient #outcomes through #collaboration. The Australian Centre for Accelerating Diabetes Innovations (ACADI) has six #platforms for its #researchers to help facilitate and increase collaboration all around Australia. Everyone on the panel uses and is interested in #multidisciplinary #approaches to diabetes research to #optimise outcomes. ????? ‘The Future of Diabetes Innovations’ panel session explored the most promising innovations in diabetes care and what lies ahead for research, industry and community engagement. Members of the panel answered a range of questions from participants on topics including community insights and needs, the importance of involving people who live with diabetes in research and innovation, and the future of managing diabetes personally via innovative tech. ????????????????????? Bringing together the Diabetes community from around Australia and including international speakers, the ACADI Partnering Summit is a valuable event for clinicians, researchers, people who live with diabetes and others who work in this space to come together to learn from each other, collaborate and look to the future. ???????
