Upcoming EU Regulations: Soon, new EU regulations will require proof that coffee beans are not grown on recently deforested land, adding another layer of complexity and cost to coffee production. Attending Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) 2024 show was a valuable experience for our team! Our first visit to the ingredient show allowed us to see firsthand the emphasis on functionality, benefits, resilient supply chains, and cost-effectiveness from players across the industry.
