You see, we’re not like other business clubs. We really nurture you. We care. We’re the listening ear, the hand to guide you. We want to share your problems – and then help you find a way to solve them. We’ll keep you accountable to your business goals (whatever size they are). And we’ll be there to celebrate your wins (however big or small). Our approach is to put our members’ needs first – with individualised support. Why? To make sure you’re getting what you and your business need from MINT – whatever stage you’re at. In exchange for that, we need you to be engaged, to be part of the community and develop your business in your own way, at the right pace for you. For those of you that have not yet met Sam here is your introduction to Mint's new Business Manager. Sam is a Disney and horror enthusiast who lives in Crook County Durham with her 2 children. Over the last 3 decades, she has run several businesses including a pub, a Harry Potter Themed cafe and a small chain of 3 retail shops. She also has a wealth of experience in event management. As always there is a lot going on in Mint in October. For business club members we have something happening every Monday, Tuesday and Friday mornings. The perfect weekly loop to keep you on track and motivated. Our Workshop this month takes you through the practicalities of setting a monthly schedule for your digital content. For Thrive Tribe Members we have an additional Wednesday Coaching call and a weekly 1:1 How is this different to other business coaching businesses? Well, we are run by Liza Knight who has started and grown 5 businesses to over 6 figures and has been running businesses for 20 years! Oh, and she has a Level 7 ILM coaching qualification to boot.
