Founded in 2019, Minorities in Cybersecurity (MiC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation dedicated to the leadership and career development of minorities, women and nonbinary cybersecurity talent. MiC assists professionals at all levels with career navigation, more importantly we've created a community of support and development that individuals can come to as they travel their own career path. With our leadership programming, anchored by our MiC LEAD? series of trainings, and our various other workshops and discussions, we have designed a community that helps each of our members reach their goals.
