Minnesota Technology of Participation (MNToP)

MNToP is a collaborative partnership of freelancers and internal change agents, who serve various organizations and communities. We are in the business of helping each other and the communities we serve to achieve the best outcomes possible and transformational change! We are committed to collectively promoting participation methods, specifically ToP, as a change management, project management and communication tool. We intend to support individuals, organizations and communities on their journey to transformation. We are here to encourage, equip and support each other and others who have joined the path to making a difference for themselves and others! Facilitation requests, RFPs and potential facilitation opportunities could be found here. Impact stories, videos and articles about ToP and practitioners who use ToP will be posted here. MNToP is launching a new service available to Certification Candidates, non-profit organizations or community groups with limited resources by pairing Certification Candidates to provide facilitation services to an organization while being mentored by a MNToP team member. Those partnerships will be announced here as well.
