Great to see support for state #Infrastructure projects! We agree that bonding bills shouldn’t be partisan. We have a backlog of roads and bridges projects to complete. https://lnkd.in/ecSR_vW8

What's been happening in Minnesota at the state level for infrastructure? Three updates: 1) We are waiting for a draft bonding bill from the house and senate to fund local projects. Local units of government requested $2.93B in capital projects this session, 46% metro, 54% non-metro by dollar per the MMB Capital Budget website https://lnkd.in/eYdxn23b 2) Save the date for an Infrastructure 101 Day at the Capitol on Wednesday May 1! More details soon. Talk to Margaret Donahoe if you want to attend! 3) At the end of March, Michelle Stockness and Russ Matthys testified in house and senate committees in support of creating a new Minnesota Advisory Council on Infrastructure and bills HF4025 and SF4108. This council would work across state agencies and infrastructure sectors to better identify infrastructure needs, funding opportunities, and share best practices and asset management tools statewide. #MNleg #infrastructure #RaiseOurGrade
