On this International Women’s Day, we honor and celebrate the incredible women who make our union stronger every day. From women miners who work tirelessly underground, to the women who serve as state and county workers, correction officers, and hospital staff – your contributions are invaluable and vital to our strength and unity. Your dedication, hard work, and resilience help build the foundation of our union and drive us forward in our fight for justice and fairness. Today, we take a moment to recognize and thank each of you for your unwavering commitment and for breaking barriers in every field you enter. Women make our union strong, and together, we continue to grow, to support each other, and to fight for the rights and respect we all deserve. Thank you for everything you do. Happy International Women’s Day!
