关于我们
Your Human Capital. Optimized. We predict and improve performance on the most important, vexing challenge for any organization--the people. Does this sound familiar? -We’re hiring, but…it’s a challenge to get it right. -If we could just clone some of our high performers… -We’ve got big sales goals--we need a systematic, repeatable process, not a one-time rah-rah event. -Leadership is everything. How can we get THERE? -The right talent needs the right rewards. Do our plans drive results? -Strategy: It’s all about Execution. Execution: It’s all about Culture. Is our culture helping or hurting our strategy? If you're thinking about any of those issues, we can help. We use science and data to provide clients measurable, performance-driven tools and capabilities so you can finally put hard data to work on the soft side of the business. That's Human Capital. Optimized.

Predictive Index (PI) principles can help you understand how you naturally communicate and what adjustments you might need to make to connect better with your team. So, are you a big-picture talker? Not a consultant. Not a vendor. An anti-consultant. A partner. 🫱🏻🫲🏽 We don't gatekeep, we transfer knowledge. We don't enable, we empower. Proud to see DaSjaun Rose making an impact with his partnership at Patriot Consulting Technology Group!
VP & Partner @ MindWire | Business Consultant | Conflict Resolution SME | Change Management | Leadership Trainer | Public Speaker | Relationship Coach
PARTNERSHIP I chose partnership as my word of the year and . The synergy generated from cultivating strategic partnerships in the past 6 weeks has been incredible. There’s so much power in words and partnerships. Why not leverage both? Last year I began a journey on writing a book about leadership that transformed into partnerships. It has been an eye opening experience that has shifted my paradigm. The book is almost complete and you’ll be able to see what I’m saying. Literally. I’ve always enjoyed relationship building but my research and recent experiences helped plan for greater results. The revelation happened when I fully understood the amplified results of two sound waves that were synchronized, or the multiplied weight towed by two oxen yoked together, etc. My personal and business relationships are thriving because of exponential growth caused by leveraging a partner’s strengths. Here’s the best part: I received a public confirmation of my affirmations when Patriot Consulting Technology Group presented me with the Partnership Award 🏆. They didn’t know I chose this as my action word of the year and now it’s engraved on a plaque. It’s an honor to be the recipient of this award. I’m grateful for the recognition and more grateful for the power of partnership. This is only the beginning. What’s your word of the year?

Ever received feedback like, “You’re so nice and a joy to work with”? Cool, but what am I supposed to *do* with that? Be… nicer? Here’s the thing—good feedback isn’t about personality; it’s about skills and behaviors. And, research shows that women are 22% more likely to receive personality-based feedback than men. That’s not helpful. What is helpful? Feedback that’s specific, clear, and actionable. ❌ Bad Feedback: “You’re a great team player!” ✅ Good Feedback: “You made sure everyone’s ideas were heard in that meeting, which helped us reach a better decision faster. Keep doing that!” ❌ Bad Feedback: “You need to be more strategic.” ✅ Good Feedback: “Your project plan is solid, but let’s focus more on long-term impact. What if we mapped out the risks and potential roadblocks upfront?” See the difference? Good feedback tells your high performers what they did well, what needs work, and why it matters. So let’s ditch the personality reviews and focus on feedback that actually helps people grow. If you’re preparing for performance reviews, check out this article by Meggan Flaherty on how to transform your review times to get real outcomes: https://lnkd.in/g_Xtpy2F What’s the worst (or best) feedback you’ve ever received? Ever feel like your 1:1 meetings are stuck in a time loop like Groundhog Day? ⏳ You show up, ask, “How’s it going?”—get a vague, polite response, check off some to-dos, and boom… déjà vu all over again. The problem? Tactical check-ins are great, but if that’s all you’re doing, you’re missing a golden opportunity to actually connect, coach, and lead. Your team isn’t just a collection of task-completers—they have ideas, frustrations, ambitions, and (shocker) actual thoughts on how things could be better! So, if your 1:1s feel like a rerun, here are 7 questions to break the cycle and get to the good stuff... Which of these would you try in your next 1:1? Or do you have a go-to question that sparks great convos? Drop it in the comments! 👇 #Leadership #OneOnOneMeetings #EmployeeEngagement #LeadershipDevelopment #AskingQuestions
