While reviewing our patient comments reports recently, I was reminded of the huge value of Nursing Assistants who engage patients with a Culture of Care. Some patients even referred to their CNAs/Nursing Assistants as their angels. The significance of this role is often overlooked, and many of their unspoken tasks don't appear on a spreadsheet. Concentrating on staff satisfaction and cultivating a culture where everyone feels appreciated and heard is crucial in providing excellent patient care.
