Today's spiritual self-care strategy is to memorialize and remember those who have died. Try writing a deceased loved on a short note, saying a brief prayer, creating a small drawing for them, or dedicating a song to that person. Create space to honor this relationship in your life even when the person is gone will help you keep the day's troubles in perspective and will feed your spirit. Who are you remembering today? How? Today's Wonderful Wednesday spiritual self-care strategy is to make time for meditation, prayer, or reflection. This can look as simple as setting a 3-minute timer, turning off the lights, sitting quietly and paying attention to your breath. You can also listen to a meditation on youtube if your mind needs a little corralling ;)
