Leading companies like Target Stores, lululemon athletica, and One Medical. She blends 20+ years of HR/ people development & leadership experience with 15+ years of direct experience with embodiment practices like yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and somatic experiencing. Landra is an internationally certified mindfulness facilitator who received her training from UCLA's Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. In addition, she is the author of The Work Wellness Deck published by the world renowned Chronicle Books.
