The action of Muscimol One? is based on the natural mechanism of regulating neuronal activity through the activation of GABA-(A) receptors in the brain. GABA is an amino acid that acts as an inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain's receptors. It is accumulated in neurons and is released at a certain moment. This mechanism is called neurotransmission. GABA neurotransmission regulates the number of signals that pass through the nervous system. When a person is in a state of anxiety and/or stress, brain activity critically increases, provoking hyperactivity of receptors and neurotransmitters in the brain, which leads to damage and death of nerve cells (excitotoxicity). Muscimol, as an effective agonist of GABA-(A) receptors in the brain, activates the release of gamma-aminobutyric acid and triggers natural inhibitory processes in the brain. This mechanism helps restore the balance between excitatory and inhibitory processes, reducing anxiety and the effects of stress.
