Cooked up a Spanish Feast for the team at Mindful Chef | B Corp yesterday ?? If you know me you know I love cooking but most of all feeding people, so I loved sharing a bit about where I come from and how my Catalan, Northern and Southern Spanish heritage influence my cooking. Thanks to my amazing team for the helping hands!

A big thank you to Euan Ross from Highland Game for visiting us this morning and sharing his expertise about their exceptional venison: 100% wild, 100% British, and 100% traceable! Did you know? ? Highland Game venison is high protein, low fat and an excellent source of iron ? In 100g of Venison there’s approximately 24g of protein and 1g of fat ? Venison has less than half as much saturated fat as pork and beef and has 5x times as much Omega 3 as beef! We’re so grateful for the opportunity to learn more and can’t wait to keep serving our customers Highland Game’s award-winning venison.?

It’s been an exciting week at MC HQ, here’s what we got up to: First up, we had a visit from Stu, founder of ManiLife | B Corp?. We're glad Stu got the idea one summer to get 44 of his friends together to make 4,000 jars of peanut butter, because now we get to join forces to give our customers a taste of peanut butter like no other. We even made some ourselves, and it was so tasty ?? We also celebrated Diwali with an incredible lunch prepared by our very own Rahul. Just look at that spread ?? Happy Diwali to all who celebrate! Finally, we wrapped up the week with our annual Halloween pumpkin carving contest. Check out these amazing masterpieces ??
