Our mission is to ensure that all students are mathematically equipped to solve the world's most challenging problems.
关于我们
MIND Education engages, motivates, and challenges students towards mathematical success through its mission to mathematically equip all students to solve the world’s most challenging problems. MIND is the creator of ST Math, a pre-K–8 visual instructional program that leverages the brain's innate spatial-temporal reasoning ability to solve mathematical problems; and InsightMath, a neuroscience-based K-6 curriculum that transforms student learning by teaching math the way the brain learns so all students are equipped to succeed. During the 2022-23 school year, MIND Education and ST Math reached more than 2.28 million students and 115,000 educators across the country. Visit MIND Education to learn more.

AI is everywhere in education, but does it actually improve learning outcomes? Many tools focus on automation and personalization, but at MIND Education, we take a different approach. AI should refine instruction, analyze student learning at scale, and drive real results. ST Math uses AI-driven evaluation to improve instructional design, helping students build deep, conceptual understanding. ?? Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gb_uMcdH

ST Math’s beloved penguin is more than just a friendly face. JiJi represents persistence, problem-solving, and the power of visual learning in math. But students (and let’s be honest, adults too) always have questions! We’re answering some of the most common JiJi curiosities: https://bit.ly/4ijmGHa What’s the best JiJi question you’ve heard from a student? Drop it in the comments! ??

If you said false, you’re onto something! Visuals alone don’t create understanding - students need to engage with them. Active learning means thinking through problems, testing ideas, and adjusting strategies, not just looking at a picture and moving on. ST Math is designed to make students think in pictures, not just see them. That’s the difference between surface-level understanding and deep mathematical thinking. What strategies do you use to get students actively engaging with visuals in math?
