TOXALERT, an industry-leading manufacturer of gas detection systems, has just partnered with Mind Shift and welcomed their first Specialist, Robert Wielinski (Bob)! TOXALERT, located in Loretto, MN, is known for designing and manufacturing sensors and controllers that monitor toxic, combustible, oxygen-depleting, refrigerant, and other hazardous gases. Their products are used across various industries, including mechanical rooms, parking garages, warehouses, mining, and pharmaceuticals. Despite being a small operation, they serve clients nationwide. The owner, Dale Honsey, has been eager to bring someone on board, and we're thrilled to see Bob already hitting the ground running under the guidance of Dale and Tom. Honoring Our Veteran This Veteran's?day!! At Mind Shift, we celebrate the incredible contributions of our veterans. Today, we proudly highlight one of our dedicated team members, Eric Lano who served 14 years as an Aviation Ordnanceman?in the Navy and plans to continue his service in the Navy Reserves. His diverse experience across the country enriches our mission?and demonstrates?the resilience of those who have served. Why self-advocacy is essential for autistic individuals? Our ESTA team member Reid Madden recently shared why self-advocacy is crucial for autistic individuals and his words resonated with us. Self-advocacy isn’t just about asking for help, it’s about understanding your needs, setting your goals, and taking charge of your journey to success. There are supports available, but those options won’t just come to you on their own. You’ve to make the effort to find them and ask for the support that you need.
