Our mission is to provide integrative treatment through a mind-body connection by implementing a holistic approach to empower individuals to become their best self. We believe that trauma is the root of many issues. Our professionals are trained in evidenced based trauma modalities that will allow you to process your trauma and finally experience relief. Trauma can be derived from many different things. Trauma can be defined as a recent break up with a significant other, car accident, loss of a loved one, loss of your job, overwhelming stress, or experiencing vicarious trauma through the people you serve in your job. Our counselors are Certified Clinical Trauma Professionals and are trained in Traumatic Incident Reduction.
