"The outlook has dramatically improved for Milwaukee County," Crowley said. "Fiscal challenges remain, but we have made great strides as far as where we are today." "Collaborations and partnerships, they can lead to meaningful success...While there are a lot of unknowns and for some there may be frankly some concerns as it relates to how we move forward," Crowley continued, "I truly believe that as long as we continue to work on these relationships, we'll be able to make the investments that we need to make."
