Young artists and Brewers fans, it's time to unleash your creativity! We proudly present the Jackie Robinson Art Challenge, inviting WI youth (ages 8-17) to create original artwork that embodies the enduring values of Jackie Robinson. Inspired by Sharon Robinson’s book, Jackie Robinson’s Values to Live By: Becoming Your Best Self, participants are encouraged to illustrate one or more of Robinson’s core principles—citizenship, commitment, courage, determination, excellence, integrity, justice, persistence and teamwork. How to Enter: Participants can submit their artwork by completing the digital entry form at https://lnkd.in/gAVJf9Mf. There are no restrictions on size, color, or medium—paintings, drawings, and digital renderings are all welcome. The top three artists will receive recognition at American Family Field on April 15th, with their artwork showcased on the Brewers scoreboard. Our Crew had a great time at the Society for American Baseball Research (SABR) conference this past weekend! They enjoyed participating in a 360 panel where each individual discussed their role in the organization as well as what led them to their position and what they look for in prospective employees. #ThisIsMyCrew #BaseballResearch?

As we continue to celebrate Women’s History Month, the Women in Baseball ERG is pleased to announce their second nominee, Caitlin Walter. Caitlin goes above and beyond in teamwork, stewardship and accountability in her role as Senior Productions Manager. Caitlin serves as the liaison to the Marketing Department’s video team and all other departments, ensuring everyone has clear communication and expectations on all video requests. In addition to being the backbone of the video team, Caitlin has served as the Brew Pride ERG Co-Chair. Our first nominee is Leslie Stachowiak for going above and beyond demonstrating stewardship as a mentor and leader in this organization. She dedicates her efforts to understanding and uplifting individuals and inspiring women in the Brewers community to embrace leadership roles. She consistently supports and motivates others, offers valuable advice in tough situations and readily volunteers to help, and inspires everyone to reach their full potential. Learn more about Tara and her journey to the Crew below. "Tara graduated from an HBCU (Historically Black College and University) Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Management Information Systems. She has held various positions in her field of study and her career has always centered around supporting the companies Enterprise Resource Planning software. Her past team lead and change management experience brought her to the Brewers where she has been pivotal in overseeing the full operation of the Workday platform, along with her team and in support of the Club's strategic objectives. Fun fact: In addition to being in ERP and Systems, Tara is an entrepreneur!
