Millville Executive Airport (MIV) is centrally located between New York City and Washington, D.C., close to Philadelphia, Atlantic City and Cape May, and is New Jersey’s second-largest airport after Newark Liberty International. It offers two runways (RW 10-28 6,002 x 150 and RW 14-32 5,057 x 150), eight taxiways and three aircraft parking ramps, all of which can accommodate the largest corporate aircraft. Land and buildings are available for lease, as are build-to-suit opportunities – including two 40,000 square-foot hangar/office/shop facilities that are immediately available, 70 acres airside and 40 acres landside of developable land, and over 300 acres of shovel-ready industrial-park property immediately adjacent to the airport. MIV also is located within a U.S. Foreign Trade Zone and a Federal Empowerment Zone, as well as a New Jersey Urban Enterprise Zone, allowing those agencies to offer attractive tax benefits and economic-development incentives.
