New look, same great Milligan. If you know us, you know we're always looking to the future. We're always brainstorming big ideas to solve complex problems, always tinkering to find ways to improve something, and always looking at solutions from 100 different viewpoints to make sure we get it just right. Recently, we incorporated our signature holistic, research-based, collaborative approach to develop a new brand identity for ourselves—one that will take us through this next period of growth for our company. We'll share more in the following weeks about how everything we've done in our 13-year history has led us to this point. It's an interesting story! But in the meantime, we know what you're wondering. We're pleased to welcome Carrie Mackenzie to the Milligan Partners team! Carrie comes to us with over 10 years of experience in tolling where she was instrumental in helping several clients roll out new tolling systems. She specializes in coordinating key stakeholders, toll system advisors, toll system providers, state agencies, and design-build construction teams on large-scale projects. Carrie will use her vast experience in customer service operations, marketing and communications, testing, and monitoring to assist our clients in enhancing the customer experience.

We have some very smart, talented people here that love to find creative resolutions for complex problems. In this article, our Director of Customer Delivery Lee Roche discusses more about how his approach to designing technical solutions ensures the customer's experience is always a pleasant one.
