We’re thrilled to announce that the Foundry Commercial Meek Ph. IV project in Opa Locka is ahead of schedule! Both buildings are fully tilted, roofing installation has begun on the first building, and structural steel installation is nearly complete on the second. Offsite work is also in full swing, with new turn lanes being installed on Douglas Road and the Rock Base for asphalt paving nearing completion.
