The importance of QA. Honestly, I have no idea how an error this big got through. I get it, deadlines abound and it's quite possible the URL was dropped in there as a placeholder in the copy. It makes sense that the website WOULD be "wicked.com", right? Alas, nobody thought to check the URL before this thing went to print—because if they did they would have caught it. This is why we've built intentional QA steps into all our work at Millennium. We've all been there, we've all made a mistake or two.
