Founded in 1980s, Millennium Commercial Properties has developed over 1,200,000 SF of primary office and retail space and an additional 5,000 acres of master planned communities including residential, commercial, and industrial space in Phoenix and Las Vegas markets. Our largest project was 2,400 acres for a planned 12,000 residential units on the west side of Phoenix. We are very involved with the Las Vegas local community such as helping a nonprofit organization called Veterans Village Las Vegas to provide 100% affordable housing units in Downtown for homeless veterans and extremely low income population. We are currently building cryptocurrency mining data centers in the middle of nowhere but has large power capacity and cheap power rate.
