The Brief: Cook a dish that represents your culture best. There are two things we love most at MILKRUN (aside from making grocery shopping easy peasy): 1. Food ??? 2. Team building ?? And what better way to bring those together than with an International Food Day? With a team (almost) as diverse as our product range, we asked everyone to cook a dish from their culture. The result? A feast of 40 incredible dishes from 21 different countries. From family recipes to street food favourites, our office became a melting pot of flavours, traditions, and shared experiences. In the spirit of Harmony Week, initiatives like this remind us why diversity isn’t just something we acknowledge—it’s something we celebrate. Our team’s different cultures and heritages shape who we are, and events like this make MILKRUN more than just a workplace; they make it a community. Last year, we launched our first-ever driver screen at the Bondi Beach Metro to simplify the order pickup experience. Now, we've officially introduced 3 more! Live at the Pyrmont Metro, Surry Hills Metro, and Neutral Bay Village supermarket, these screens provide delivery drivers with full transparency on their order's status, improving efficiency and reducing wait times. This means a smoother experience for both our in-store teams and delivery partners.
