At Milestones, our annual Fall Festival is always a special event, and this year, we brought the magic of Shrek to life! Our team transformed the clinic into an enchanting land of castles, forests, and fairy tales, creating a festive atmosphere for our patients and their families. Our staff, dressed as beloved Shrek characters, guided children through fun activities and trick-or-treating, spreading joy and a sense of community throughout the day. Milestones Pediatric Clinic is thrilled to be a partner in the groundbreaking Project GIVE (Genetic Inclusion by Virtual Evaluation), an initiative making strides in bringing essential genetic testing services to children in the Rio Grande Valley. In a region with limited access to these resources, Project GIVE’s virtual approach is transforming pediatric health outcomes by reducing diagnostic times and educating local providers on genomics.
