Yesterday, we celebrated a highly successful graduation event at Milestones Community Development, particularly for our milestone tech program. We are thrilled to announce that 23 out of 24 students graduated, thanks to the collaboration of Milestones Community Development, Ramsey County, and North Central University. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported us on this journey, especially State Representative Jay Xiong, County Director Ling Becker, MPA , Commissioner Rena Moran, Trista Martinson , Representatives Samakab Hussein, and Cedrick R. Frazier, M.A., J.D., Professor Komla ADEVOUN , Professor Colin Miller, MAR, MSc/DS , and Shawn Sauve for supporting this program from day one and attending the event at short notice during a busy session yesterday. Appreciative of the hard work of our legislators this session. I was fortunate to get to spend some quality time there over the last couple of days supporting innovative workforce development ideas of the county as well as our community partners. Thank you, Representative Jay Xiong for your commitment to investing in Ramsey County, City of Saint Paul and eastside residents. Thank you, Samakab Hussein for uplifting investments in diversifying technologists and STEM careers. Mohammedamin Kahin, our condolences to you on the passing of your father.
