Whether developing traffic control plans, dispatching her team, or stepping in to cover critical roles, Megan consistently prioritizes safety and excellence. Traffic control is one of the most high-risk areas in our industry, and Megan has gone above and beyond to protect our flagging and field crews. Her proactive approach, attention to safety protocol, and positive attitude have resulted in an exemplary safety record.
