Charlie’s work ethic was instilled early, growing up on a dairy farm where he first became familiar with operating equipment. Whether developing traffic control plans, dispatching her team, or stepping in to cover critical roles, Megan consistently prioritizes safety and excellence. Traffic control is one of the most high-risk areas in our industry, and Megan has gone above and beyond to protect our flagging and field crews. Her proactive approach, attention to safety protocol, and positive attitude have resulted in an exemplary safety record. When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Megan shared, “Watching a project start to finish and being able to see the finished product.” Outside of work, Megan keeps busy chasing her energetic three-year-old daughter and loving every moment of it.
